My Journey
Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the body, relationships, sensuality, the unseen (spirit and energy), and had a love for all living beings. I observed the masks people wore and could keenly sense the energy behind their words. My high sensitivity, claircognizance, and clairsentience have always been present, making me often feel "different" from others. Since 2001, I have had a great passion for personal growth and spirituality. My desire to guide others in this began during my NLP training (2008), where I discovered my ability to empathize deeply and create an effective space where profound transformation can occur. It still fills me with awe, and I feel honored to be a guide for people who bravely walk their path of self-discovery, choosing a free, happy, and authentic life. As a curious person (Human Design 5/1), I have explored many spiritual paths, trainings and modalities. However, something always felt missing. Until twelve years ago when I was captivated by the path of tantra. It brought everything together, including sexuality and embracing the body! Using the wisdom of the body as a gateway to spirituality was so life-changing that I immediately integrated it into my massages and coaching. Naturally, as a lifelong learner, I pursued as many trainings and courses in this field as possible. *(See the list below.) My curiosity continues, and in recent years, I have delved into trauma awareness, somatic consent, and the nervous system.
My Mission and Passion
As a holistic bodyworker, embodiment, and intimacy coach, my mission is to help people come home to themselves. I facilitate meaningful transformations through Inner Alchemy, guiding people back to their body's wisdom and helping them take leadership over their lives. Whether I work with individuals, couples, or lead workshops, I use my keen intuition to create the safest possible setting where everything is welcome. You are fully accepted as you are, whether you are angry, joyful, sensual, anxious, blushing, confused, or something else entirely. My passion is to create an environment that supports your personal growth, dissolves barriers, strengthens your inner self, and lets your true essence shine. I strongly believe that everyone has the answers within them but sometimes needs a guide to discover them. I believe in unlocking the full potential of every individual. Through experiential learning and bodily sensations, you can release blockages on mental, energetic, physical, and emotional levels. In addition to my work as a coach and masseuse, I have always worked as a consultant or advisor. Nowadays, I am regularly hired as a Wmo consultant, here I advise people on how to make their lives easier with various aids.
Transformative Experiences
Over the past 18 years, I have undergone countless (deep) processes and transformations. This journey has included a burnout in 2009, nearly burning out again after my mother's passing (2017), overcoming Lyme disease, a divorce after 21 years of relationship, and the pain of being involuntarily childless. I have experienced moments of feeling dead inside, constantly ignoring my boundaries, and living solely from my head. I have struggled with depression, vaginismus, and a lack of sex drive. As a single person I explored different relationship forms (mono/open/poly), and I dove deep, facing all my shadows and patterns. This journey led me to a deeper connection with my intuition and soul, and I discovered a profound connection with my body and sexual life energy. I also learned a lot from various love partners and plant medicines. Another significant part of my experience was 1.5 years of backpacking alone, after which I rebuilt my life on Goeree-Overflakkee. My drive to help people grow and flourish led me to immediately restart my practice for personal development and tantra after my long journey.
Daily Inspiration
I cherish the small daily gifts: a cup of coffee in the garden, a purring cat on my lap, cycling, spotting a buzzard, recharging in the woods or on the beach. I draw inspiration from cities I marvel at during my travels. Photography is a passion that allows me to capture the beauty around me. At the bottom of this page, you'll find a few (!) of the most beautiful moments. On beautiful days, you'll often find me gardening, letting the flowers and my vegetable garden flourish.

Tantra is a complete science of self-realization, based on the cumulative wisdom of centuries of exploration into the meaning of life and consciousness

Tantra
Life is not a problem to be solved, but a mystery to be lived.
Osho
I have come to know Tantra as a body-oriented spiritual path focused on awareness and self-discovery.
Tantra is something you really need to experience to fully understand. It views life as a form of meditation where you are aware of everything you experience internally: feeling, seeing, smelling, hearing, tasting, thinking, and also your emotions and energies. Classical Tantra, also known as Tantric Yoga, is thousands of years old and originates from India. It is about spiritual growth and enlightenment, arising from a desire for freedom. And the desire to live fully, with more energy, joy, and happiness. The ultimate goal is to recognize your true, conceptless nature, to realize who you really are. Tantra helps you see that the seeker and what is sought are actually the same (non-duality). It embraces everything and invites you to experience life fully. In Sanskrit, the word "Tantra" means "expansion," "liberation," "weaving," or "broadening," particularly the broadening of inner awareness. It is about acceptance, surrender, meditation, and transformation. Weaving refers to bringing together apparent opposites, like weaving wool into a fabric. Tantra teaches that although the world seems full of opposites (such as consciousness-energy, light-dark, yin-yang), there is actually an all-encompassing unity. The goal is to consciously experience this unity as the essence of being human. In classical Tantra, sexuality was a very small part of the broader spiritual practice. One had to study and meditate for many years before practicing Tantric massage or Tantric sex. Nowadays, a Tantra massage is often the starting point of the Tantric journey and the first introduction to Tantra. Many experienced Tantra practitioners see a Tantra massage as a sacred practice to learn even more deeply about all layers of the self and/or to (re)activate the connection with the source. Transforming raw sexual life energy into the softness of the heart, so that Love can flow in every cell. About 120 years ago, neo-Tantra emerged in the West, placing more emphasis on sexuality because this aspect had been so strongly suppressed by the church. Tantra approaches sexuality very differently from most religions. Instead of seeing sex as a necessary need for relaxation, sensory, and/or ego gratification, Tantra views sex as a powerful life energy that can lead to spiritual growth. Neo-Tantra combines meditation, the body, awareness, touch, and mindfulness. It works with sexual life energy, intimacy, and relationships, but it is not about sex! Neo-Tantra uses active embodied meditations and massages that can improve your life. It is a life path on which you can continually grow and discover step by step. It helps you get in better touch with your inner desires and boundaries. Finally, Tantra weaves life and all your sensory experiences together with higher states of expanded awareness. It uses the power of Love and helps you live with an open heart and unite apparent opposites. It is a path of healing and liberation so that you can become a pure manifestation of your true self. That's how I see the path of Tantra in a nutshell. It's a truly fascinating and profound path that helps you fully experience life and discover your true self.

Your task is not so seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
